Friday Night Date Night in Ocala, Florida was a Huge Success

We were so blessed to be able to minister and speak at the Friday Night Date Night / Marriage Emphasis night last Friday evening.

Couples from Across the State

Couples came from Jacksonville, Gainesville, Deland, and the entire Central Florida area to enjoy a night on the town and Biblically-based teaching on marriage and relationships.

Two Christian Marriage Speakers

Believe it or not, but we had a wonderful dinner and two Christian marriage speakers during the event, yet we still got out on time.

Mike and Wendy Behar and myself, Dr. Raymond Force, were able to speak at the event. Mike and Wendy of Unlimited Discipleship Ministries were able to deal with the origin of marriage and I spoke on one of my favorite subjects, The Top Mistake Men Make in a Fight.

Sound Issues

The evening was riddled with sound issues as we had a blown speaker. However, while I was speaking, I decided to ditch the sound system and walk to the very center of the room. As I stood in the midst of the couples with them surrounding me on every side, I was able to speak in a very personal way to them. It all worked out well, and many said that walking into the audience proved to be a very personal touch on the event.
