We are honored to be making a webinar appearance for Sapneil Tutoring’s Learning Day. My content will include principles from our anger management book, Angry Without a Cause, as well as our life coaching material. I will be specifically dealing with stress management as it relates to test taking.
Short Synopsis
Four questions must be asked when dealing with stress management as it relates to achieving our goals. These four questions are:
Why do I want to succeed?
What do I do with my stress?
Is my fear putting me into an alternate reality?
Do I know how to enjoy unenjoyable tasks?
